great location cool atmosphere
the location near the river was really good. i enjoyed the view from my river view room. the pub downstairs had a cool atmosphere.
my room was located above the pub and it was a little noisy on the weekends.

The location is very convenient for accessing the conference center. The staff were very kind and helpful . The room had been recently renovated and offered a beautiful view of the river.
I noticed the absence of a refrigerator in the room, disappointing. It would have been useful for storing drinks and snacks.

clean room needed equipment super friendly staff high stairs baggage assistance distant attraction
the room was clean. it had everything i needed for my visit. the staff was friendly. they were super lovely.
the stairs was three flights high. no one offer help with my baggage. i dont really need it but it would been a nice touch to offer. the place was far from most attractions.

Acceptable Stay with Some Disadvantages
loud music missing air conditioning
The noise level was quite high due to the pub downstairs. I stayed for three nights and experienced loud music each night. It made sleeping difficult (earplugs are a must). The room lacked air conditioning, necessary to open the windows, further amplifying the noise.
